إذ سيتم طلاء الشوارع بمادة خاصة تتوهج تلقائيا

و Heijmans Infrastructure، وتعتمد على طلاء خاص
يمتص الطاقة من أشعة الشمس في النهار لتشع في الليل.
ويتأثر الطلاء المستخدم على أرضية الطرق بدرجة الحرارة
إذ يشير تلقائيا بأن الطريق زلق عند انخفاض درجات الحرارة إلى ما دون الصفر
فيما تضيئ أضواء تفاعلية على طول الطريق السريع مع اقتراب السيارات.

وسيتم تثبيت أضواء تشحن بواسطة الرياح أو الهواء الذي تحدثه السيارات
وهي تسير بسرعة على الطريق. كما خصصت طرقات جانبية خضراء
تعمل على شحن السيارات الكهربائية التي تسير عليها.
